Its distinctive T-shaped footprint and high side walls give it over 9 feet of vaulted headroom at the peak, with a 12'5" x 14'9" footprint (roughly 173 sq. ft. of interior space) that comfortably accommodates seating or dining areas alongside plant growing space.

Two large automatic roof vent openers regulate temperature without any electrical hookup, while lockable double swinging doors — fitted with a low-threshold entry ramp — provide easy walk-in access. A built-in gutter system channels rainwater away from the structure, and both internal and external ground anchors secure it against wind gusts up to 75 mph and snow loads up to 16.4 lbs/ft².
