Are Janssens greenhouses good quality?

Yes — they're among the highest-quality hobby glass greenhouses sold in the US, with thicker 4mm tempered glass (many brands use 3mm), heavy-duty aluminum profiles, full rubber glazing seals, stainless hardware and an included foundation frame. Most models are engineered for winds up to 120 mph and a 25 PSF ground snow load.

Who makes Janssens greenhouses?

Glass or polycarbonate — which should I choose?

Glass gives the clearest view and the classic look and doesn't yellow. Polycarbonate insulates better and handles hail better. The Royal Victorian Hybrid combines both, and the LIVINGTEN uses insulated double-paned glass for year-round comfort.

What foundation does a Janssens greenhouse need?

A level, solid base — a concrete slab or footing, pavers on a compacted base, or a knee wall. A foundation frame is included with most models, and we'll help you plan the right base for your site.

Can you install it?

Yes — we coordinate your installer for you, or you can assemble it yourself with the manufacturer's manual.

How long does shipping take?
