Royal Victorian Greenhouse for Sale — America's Leading Janssens Dealer
Looking for a Victorian greenhouse for sale that's the real thing? If you've always pictured a proper English glasshouse in your backyard — the kind with real glass panes, a classic Victorian roofline, and enough presence to become a garden feature in its own right — this is that greenhouse. The Royal Victorian comes from Janssens of Belgium, and it's built to a noticeably higher standard than typical greenhouse kits, from the seals to the frame. 100% customer satisfaction.

Available in four rectangular sizes from 80 to 250 sq. ft. (VI23, VI34, VI36 and VI46) plus the T-shaped Orangerie — see the Sizes/Specs tab for full dimensions, windows and doors. Every size has 6'7" sidewalls, crystal-clear 4mm tempered glass, and comes standard with a misting system, gutters with downspouts and a louvre window cover.
Built for Strength
-
Heavy-duty aluminum frame — larger, thicker and stronger profiles than most greenhouses in its price range.
-
4mm tempered safety glass (where many brands use 3mm), TUV and GS tested for resilience to wind and hail.
-
Heavy-duty rubber seals hold every pane in place all the way around, for a tight, better-insulated structure.
-
Full-height single glass panes — no overlapping panels, so it looks better and doesn't collect dirt.
-
Stainless steel hardware that won't rust or corrode.
-
Integrated foundation frame included, where other brands usually charge extra.
-
Structurally certified for wind and snow loads — see the Structural Certification under Helpful Links below.
Prefer a Polycarbonate Roof? See the Royal Victorian Hybrid
The Royal Victorian Hybrid pairs a 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof with the same crystal-clear glass walls — better insulation, hail resistance and softer, diffused light, while keeping the classic Victorian look at eye level. Available in the VI34, VI36 and VI46 sizes. View the Hybrid →
Warranty & Financing
Every Royal Victorian is backed by Exaco/Janssens' 15-year limited warranty — built to stay in your yard for the long haul, not a season or two. Financing is available if you'd rather spread out a purchase like this, and we'll try our best to beat any legitimate competitor price you've found — see our Price Match page for details.
Other Royal Victorian Styles

FAQ
Can I use it as extra living space, not just for plants?
It's built and glazed as a growing space first — it heats up fast in direct sun and cools quickly at night, so it's not insulated like a room addition. Some owners do furnish a corner as a seating nook, but if you want genuine year-round living space, ask us about the insulated LIVINGTEN garden room.
Glass or hybrid — which should I pick?
All-glass gives you the clearest view and the most classic look. The Hybrid's polycarbonate roof insulates better, diffuses harsh sun and stands up better to hail, while keeping glass walls — a great choice for colder or very sunny climates. Call or text us and we'll help you weigh it for your climate.
Do I need a permit?
Often, since this is a permanent structure on a foundation — requirements vary by town, so check with your local building department before you order.
How long does assembly take?
Most owners budget a full weekend with two people. If you'd rather not do it yourself, we'll coordinate an installer for you.
