How much snow load can this actually handle?
More than most polycarbonate greenhouses in this size class. The Nelke 4 Pro uses collar-beam turnbuckle cross supports across the frame specifically for snow-load reinforcement, on top of the standard aluminum A-frame — a real advantage if you're in a cold-winter climate.
Why triple-wall polycarbonate instead of twin-wall?
16mm triple-wall panels have an extra air channel compared to standard twin-wall glazing, which means better insulation — useful if you're extending your growing season into early spring or late fall rather than just using it in summer.
Do I need a foundation?
A level, secure site is required, typically a concrete strip foundation. Exaco also sells an optional aluminum foundation base kit separately if you'd rather not pour concrete.
How wide is the door — will my wheelbarrow fit?
Yes — the Nelke 4 Pro has an extra-wide 38\" ADA-rated barn-style door, noticeably wider than most hobby greenhouse doors, so wheelbarrows and larger equipment move through easily.
What's the warranty?
