The Bella is a beautiful and practical 8' wide greenhouse featuring virtually unbreakable twin-wall polycarbonate panels for an ideal combination of sunlight diffusion, heat insulation, and safety. Its bell-shaped design was built specifically to improve wind resistance and let snow slide off easily. The large workspace and wide double doors give even the most avid gardener plenty of room to grow vegetables and herbs, transplant tender plants, and store tools and accessories. A galvanized, rust-resistant steel perimeter base adds structural support, stability, and alignment.

It is intended to be built and left standing, However, if you move you can take it apart and put back together

This greenhouse can go on any flat surface

The wind resistance is documented at 75 mph , that should be good and it is designed for strong wind resistance as well.
You can look at the RIGA which is a much stronger but pricier option in this same style I can try to get you the best price possible on it.
