The sloped pent roof and clean lines pair naturally with contemporary architecture — and with glass on nearly every side, you get a 360° view of your garden instead of feeling boxed in.

It's not just for growing, either. Just as easily set up as a garden room, a pool house, or a year-round lounge space, the Modern gives you the flexibility to decide how you actually want to use it. And since doors and windows can be installed in nearly any position, you can configure it to fit your yard rather than the other way around.

Choose Your Size:

M23 (79 sq. ft.): 10'2" x 7'9", 8'10" peak height, 6'8" sidewall — 1 set of double-hinged doors, 2 roof vents, 2 push-out side windows, 1 louvre window.

M34 (150 sq. ft.): 15' x 10'2", 9'7" peak height, 6'8" sidewall — the same door and window configuration as M23, with 2 louvre windows instead of 1.

M36 (200 sq. ft.): 19'11" x 10'2", 9'7" peak height, 6'8" sidewall — our largest Modern, with the same window and door setup as M34.
