With a 20 sq ft footprint (21.5 sq ft including the gross ground area), Felix packs a lot of charm into a smaller space — perfect for tighter play areas or as a starter playhouse. No roofing materials or foundation work needed for indoor setup; the playhouse simply assembles and goes.

Constructed from durable 5/8" thick chemical-free solid Nordic Spruce tongue-and-groove wood, Felix is built to last and does not rely on OSB or particle board materials that can swell, warp, or deteriorate — making it a dependable outdoor option too, if you'd rather set it up in the yard.
