The Junior Victorian comes from Janssens of Belgium, makers of high-end glass greenhouses for over 30 years and a leading supplier of Victorian-style greenhouses in Europe since 1999. It brings the same classic English styling as the Royal Victorian to a more compact footprint — perfect if the full Royal Victorian is more space than you need.

Available in three sizes from 79 to 116 sq. ft. (J-VIC23, J-VIC24 and J-VIC25), all 7'8" wide with an 8'2" peak and a steep 38° roof pitch — see the Sizes tab for full dimensions and roof vents. Every size includes automatic roof vent opener(s), full-length gutters and downspouts, and a sliding door that can be installed on either gable end. It now comes standard with the door drop kit, so you can set the greenhouse on a knee wall for extra height.

4mm tempered safety glass (where many brands use 3mm), TUV and GS tested for resilience to wind and hail.

How is this different from the full Royal Victorian?

Same Belgian build quality and classic Victorian roofline, just a smaller footprint and lower 5'2" sidewalls — the Junior line tops out at 116 sq. ft. versus the Royal Victorian's 250 sq. ft.

Do I need a permit?

Often, since this is a permanent structure on a foundation — check with your local building department before you order.

How long does assembly take?

Most owners budget a full weekend with two people. If you'd rather not do it yourself, we'll coordinate an installer for you.

I'm interested in the small size. Can the door be set on the long side (10'2") rather than the wide side (7'8")?

On the Junior model the door can only go on the gable ends
does the large one need to be secured underground

what is the size? does it have a floor?

Is the Victorian all glass?

Yes it is
We want to purchase the Orangery and pour the floor and foundation this fall to be ready to start assembly first thing in the spring. Is it possible to purchase the base frame now so that it can be set in the cement when the floor and foundation is poured? We would need it ASAP!

I checked with the shipping department and we cannot sepeate the base from the Greenhouse to ship it separately. Sorry about the confusion.

We will not be restocking this item, however, it is available for custom orders. the Royal Victorian Vi23 is the same size only taller.

yes, all glass.
Can I order Junior Victorian 25 with doors at both ends?

the extra door can only be added if you put the greenhouse on a knee wall.
