The cantilever design has a single low-to-high slope rather than a flat roof — it's what allows the open, no-center-post structure. Park toward the taller end for anything over 6'3", and use the lower end for storage, a smaller vehicle, or equipment rather than a tall truck.

What can I anchor this to, and what surface prep do I need?

All Canopia carports bolt down through footings or a poured concrete pad — concrete is the manufacturer-recommended surface.
