the gazebo is coming with door and all the accessories like hinges and handles, also I need to know if ready seal, water probe or I need to paint.

Thanks for reaching out, Yes the gazebo comes with everything included including the complete package of hardware. The only add on would be benches.
You can stain for extra longevity and a preferred look but it is not required, the natural cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay and insect damage ect. Please let me know if you want to any manuals or documentation for it.
