Greetings we are considering your Nutura Cedar Greenhouse in the 8 X 12 size. We live in coastal NC. Couple of questions: 1. What is your recommended foundation for this greenhouse? Do you have an installation manual available so we can prepare the site prior to the kit arriving? 2. Is the finished material natural or stained? Many thanks Tom Peck 757 254 5611

The cedar wood is stained , It is recommended that the consumer reapply the stain after 5 years. FLOOD" - NT-1435 (ginger) Or Any water base for outdoor use is ok

All panels are 100% UV protected and will not discolor, fracture, or shatter even after many years of withstanding extreme weather conditions.
