Fits 25 adults Made in Lithuania from high quality Scandinavian pine (a hardwood), 15-year professional shingles, and double-paned glass windows, the Kota is built to last. It’s large footprint and high roof make for a spacious and flexible interior space., Well insulated design for use in very cold weather. Perfect for use as a hunting/fishing cabin or outfit it as a luxury year-round bunk room, a lounge, or an activity cabin – It can come totally empty for a bunkroom or has the options to be fully loaded Grill house (Coal Burning Grill w/hood and double chimney, Foldable Side Tables (surround grill) ,Benches LED Strip Lighting)- the choice is yours!

It includes 1.5" thick tongue & groove walls, double-pane glass windows, a dutch door, and 15-year professional shingles. Octagon (8 sided), 4 sections with opening windows.
