Liftgate Delivery

The driver will take your skid to the back of the truck, place it on the liftgate, lower it to the ground and place it next to the truck.

Use the plastic shipping tarp to cover and protect your pieces until you are ready to start your project. When finished using it for this…repurpose it!
If liftgated down, take a minute or two to cut the straps and pull off the tarp. Check for corner damages, wood chips, sharp cuts and ;gauges in the product and if the pallet is broken.

Hand Offload Only:

If you did NOT order Liftgate Delivery, you will have to hand offload:

The driver will take your skid to the back of the truck, cut the straps and hand the pieces down to you. Most individual pieces weigh no more than 30-50 lbs.

There is a time limit of 15-20 free minutes so it is best to have someone there to assist you.
If hand offloading, briefly check all the pieces as they are handed to you.

    We can have it delivered in 2 weeks please let us know if you need it rushed. It comes as a kit.

    Sorry we do not have a snow load rating for this product. It is made from a very sturdy and solid wood construction.

    While the product is not officially wind rated the construction itself weighs 1000lbs+ (depending on size of sunshed + roof). This is a very popular item and customers have purchased this item in many different extreme weather conditions , and this has held up against many hurricane winds ect.

  • Is the siding knotty pine or paint ready. I want the knotty pine.

    Our standard Sunshed is the architechtualy knotty. If you would like the paint ready it is the same price just let us know.

  • Does this kit come with the skylight ?

  • Is the roofing package customizable so the we could order longer rafters and plywood roofing? We live in a snowy climate that requires a roof overhang of some sort. The shed as-is does not have a roof overhang that is sufficient for our needs.

    We can not make changes to the roof.

    The wood is untreated and not stained. Yes staining the wood will add to its beauty and longevity. Western red cedar lasts really well outdoors.

    The plywood roof does not come with roofing paper.
    You can order cedar paneling for the inside and put in insulation.
    The price for the panels are between $1800 and $3500 depending on the size.

    Interior wall kit is $3500 we do not have more options for the roof.
