Please call us at 732 806 7959 for a Pre-Built option. The Pre-built shed will come delivered fully built and painted from a choice of many colors , slight customizations can be easily added to match your own design!


  • High quality 7/16” LP® SmartSide® siding with grooves 4” on-center primed and ready to paint
  • 76.5” sidewalls with 2”x4” wall studs 16” on-center
  • 7/16” OSB roof sheeting
  • Colonial double doors with locking handle (see dimensions table for sizing)
  • (2) side-by-side working 30”x36” windows with tempered glass, screens, and “Z” shutters
  • 8’ wide units have transom windows with tempered glass in door
  • 10’ & 12’ wide units have transom windows with tempered glass above door
  • Wide Colonial trim
  • Large heavy duty Colonial hinges
  • (2) Colonial louvers

Floor Kit includes:

  • 5/8” plywood flooring
  • 2”x4” floor joists 16” on-center
  • 4”x4” pressure treated runners

we will deliver it in panelized sections, wrapped on a pallet, via freight. Depending on the size of the building and skill level, assembly will take approximately 4-8 hours. The panelized kit comes with pre-assembled panels (with the exception of the roof) and requires no extra cutting. All you need to do is fasten it together with the hardware provided. The unit is primed and ready for paint. You will need to provide shingles, drip edge, and paint - a quantity list will be provided.
