Does the essence 8 x 10 greenhouse come with anchor bolts?

It comes with a Base but not the actual bolts.
Wish to drop greenhouse over 6'0" X 6'0" concrete slab that has well pump station. Other piping within 2 feet in width and same for electric power source. My thought nis to use the greenhouse as a weel pump house enclosure and have a dual use as to plants. Ground is fairly level but sandy soil (oak trees and brush). How about this product working out for me? It is windy here, getting 40 mph gusts. What about anchor system? Really don't need the shelving, prefer the open space. "
