  • High quality 3/8” LP® SmartSide® siding with grooves 8” on-center primed and ready to paint
  • 40.5” sidewalls with 2”x3” wall studs 24” on-center
  • 7/16” OSB roof sheeting
  • Single door 
  • (2) working 14”x21” windows with tempered glass and screen
  • Chicken door with chicken ramp
  • (4) nesting bins 
  • (1) roosting bar
  • Floor kit included only per dropdown menu selection
  • Made in the USA with Amish craftsmanship
  • Floor Kit - optional , please select floor kit option
  • 5/8” OSB flooring
  • 2”x4” treated floor joists 16” on-center

Little Cottage Company® has designed easy-to-construct Panelized Kits and Precut Kits. Panelized Kits come with pre-assembled walls and Precut Kits are precut, primed, labeled and ready for paint. You will only need very basic skills and a few basic tools. Both styles are primed and ready to paint. Our kits have been successfully assembled by people all over the world.

  • What is a runner I went back, and read the runner is not included

    Hi,

    There is no runner included on this model by default and you would not see one on the product. However, you can request a runner if you want one and we could have it included in your purchase I would need to price it out for you. A runner is like an outdoor cage attached to the coop , you can see on on this model
