How is this different from the regular Yukon Storage Shed?

Same frame, same 75mph/15.4lb wind-snow rating, same 15-year warranty — the difference is the door. The Garage version has a 95.3" wide double-door opening (vs. 58" on the Storage version), purpose-built for driving or wheeling a vehicle in and out.

What can I actually fit in one?

A small car, motorcycle, ATV, or snowmobile fits comfortably, with room left over for a workbench or shelving along the back wall. It also works well for oversized equipment — golf carts, zero-turn mowers — that need a wider door than a standard shed offers.

What do the wind and snow ratings actually mean?

It's engineered to stay structurally sound in sustained winds up to 75 mph and under snow accumulation up to 15.4 lbs per square foot when properly anchored. Always anchor it per the included instructions and clear heavy snow buildup promptly in snow-heavy regions.

Does it come with a floor?

Not by default — an optional WPC anti-slip floor kit is available separately, rated to carry 220.5 lbs per square foot. You can also anchor directly to an existing concrete slab or paver foundation, which is common for a structure meant to hold a vehicle.
