Retro Royal Victorian — A Distinctive Take on the Royal Victorian
The Retro Royal Victorian is a variation of the Royal Victorian, popular for its unique look — often called "The Roman Bathhouse" or "Windsor Estate." It pairs decorative 4mm aluminum panels on the lower half with narrow panes of 4mm tempered glass above for a bold, vintage style. This VI34 closeout unit swaps in X-design decorative panels for a different look than the standard floral panels, with a black frame.
Built for Strength
-
Heavy-duty 17-gauge aluminum frame — thicker, stronger profiles than most greenhouses in its price range.
-
4mm tempered safety glass (where many brands use 3mm), TUV and GS tested for resilience to wind and hail.
-
Heavy-duty rubber seals hold every pane in place; stainless steel hardware that won't rust or corrode.
-
Structurally certified for wind and snow loads.

FAQ
Is this really a one-time deal?
Yes — this is a single closeout unit from Exaco at a steep manufacturer discount. Once it's sold, this listing closes and the model goes back to regular pricing as a special order.
Can I get another one at this price later?
No — this price is tied to a single in-stock unit and a limited-time manufacturer closeout window. Once it sells or the window closes, regular pricing applies to any new order.
Is shipping included?
Yes — shipping is included in this closeout price. (You may see “freight additional” language elsewhere on our site for standard, non-closeout orders — that doesn't apply to this unit.)
Do I need a permit?
Often, since this is a permanent structure on a foundation — check with your local building department before you order.
