How long does assembly take?

Plan on a weekend with a helper. It ships as a pre-cut panelized kit, so no advanced carpentry skills are needed — just basic hand tools.

What's it made of, and how well does it hold up outdoors?

3/8" LP SmartSide siding (primed, ready for paint) over 2x4 framing on 24" centers, with a 7/16" OSB roof deck. The siding carries a 50-year prorated limited warranty and is rated for winds up to 90 mph.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

That depends on your local building department and HOA — requirements vary widely by size and municipality. We're happy to provide product drawings and specs if your permit application needs them.

What kind of base does it need?

Like most panelized shed kits, it should go on a level, well-drained base — a gravel pad, paver base, or concrete slab all work.
