Ledro Enclosed Gazebo and Hot Tub Enclosure by Canopia FAQ — Everything You Need to Know
What makes the Ledro different from your other Canopia gazebos?
Every other gazebo in our Canopia lineup (Palermo, Martinique, Milano, and the rest) is open-sided — hardtop roof, no walls. The Ledro is the one fully enclosed option: acrylic wall panels all the way around plus sliding doors, so it functions as a real room rather than just shade. That's also why you'll see it listed at big-box retailers as a "hot tub enclosure" or "solarium" as often as a gazebo.
What do people actually use the Ledro for?
It's genuinely multi-purpose: wrapping a hot tub or spa, a screened-in sunroom off the patio, a garden office, or an entertaining space. One Home Depot reviewer wired their 12x12 with a ceiling fan and lighting and uses it as a poolside hangout for guests.
What sizes does the Ledro come in?
Three footprints — 10x10, 12x12, and 10x14 — all sharing the same enclosed-pavilion design and door hardware.
Should I get the screen door option?
If you plan to leave the doors open often for airflow — especially around a hot tub — the screen door kit keeps bugs out while the doors stay open. If you'll mostly run it closed up to extend the outdoor season into fall and spring, the standard sliding doors are enough on their own.
Can I use this as a hot tub enclosure?
Yes — it's one of the more common uses for the Ledro. Just confirm your spa's footprint and any local clearance or ventilation requirements with your installer before picking a size.
Do I need a permit?
That depends on your city or county — a permanent anchored structure like this can require a permit in some areas. Check with your local building department before you install.
What's the warranty and how do I use it?
A 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Hold on to your receipt, and call or text us at 732-806-7959 if you ever need to file a claim — we'll walk you through it.
