Grand Portico Mansion X-LARGE Playhouse By Little Cottage Co

Step into the world of grand playtime with the Grand Portico Mansion! Its rich architectural design captures the classic styling found in today's most noble homes — four stately columns, elegant transom windows, and a two-story layout that makes this the most upscale playhouse in our lineup. Watch your children's eyes light up with joy and excitement in this magnificent structure.

This isn't a mass-produced backyard toy — it's a one-of-a-kind, high-end playhouse mansion, the kind of dream property most kids only imagine. And it's not just for them: the adult-sized French door in back means parents can actually walk in and be part of the fun, not just peek through a tiny doorway.

Built with LP SmartSide siding and SmartGuard technology, this isn't just a good-looking playhouse — it's engineered to resist rot, termites, woodpeckers, and hail, so it holds up to real backyard weather year after year. Check the Features tab below for the full details on windows, doors, flower boxes, and construction.
