20'10" x 7'5" (181 sq. ft.): Our largest Durham, with 6 automatic roof vents for maximum airflow.

Every Alton greenhouse shares the same build quality: grade-1 Western Red Cedar (no knots) dipped to resist water absorption, a steep 45° roof pitch so snow slides off, tongue-and-groove assembly with solid aluminum gussets at every joint, an aluminum base profile that lifts the frame 1" off the ground, aluminum bar capping over the glazing, 3mm tempered safety glass, pre-assembled doors and windows, and automatic enrollment in a 10-year warranty.
