The Cottage Greenhouse offers a safe and secure place to store all your supplies, and all the ‘must have’ Standard Features you can count on in our thoughtful designs. Services such as water and electric can easily be added to this all-in-one building rather than multiple structures saving even more time and money.

Electrical Package Includes: Grow Lights on every rafter, 1 outlet and 1 switch (in PVC Conduit) up to 16′ Greenhouse. Add $240 for every 4′ after 16′

Rain Barrel Watering System Includes: Rain Barrel Watering System (Includes up to 20′ of Rain Gutter on one side) (Additional length can be added)

We deliver the greenhouse pre-built with complete assembly included. There may be an additional charge depending on the delivery location and size of your structure. Your site must be accessible by our truck and shed delivery trailer or accessible for us to use the Mule (delivery trailer and forklift that allows us to deliver in bad weather and the Mule greatly reduces yard damage and allows access to tight locations). If your site is not accessible, we can build your greenhouse on-site for an additional charge. We will deliver your structure directly to the prepared foundation.

It is expected that our customers have their site prepared prior to delivery, whether the customer installs the site or has our crews prepare the site prior to shed delivery.

We help you eliminate stress by providing a one stop shop for foundation options. We can have our site crews install the pad for you and do the entire scheduling for you, that way you will not need to deal with multiple contractors!

Our Prebuilt cabins and sheds need a level site. On many lots, this will require some digging to eliminate grades and humps. Spending some money on site preparation for the shed will pay off since there will be less maintenance and a better appearance. A stone foundation is the best shed base but concrete is also an option
