Monticello Mojave Greenhouse for Hot Climates by Riverstone Industries

A Hot-Climate Greenhouse That Cools Itself — Off the Grid

Most greenhouses fight the heat. The Monticello Mojave Edition was designed for it. Pre-tinted roof panels cut glare and heat buildup, and an included solar-powered ventilation system — commercial fan, exhaust louvers and a commercial thermostat — moves hot air out without a single extension cord. The solar panel produces more than twice the power the fan needs at full speed, leaving room to add lighting or heating later.

Everything You Need to Start Growing, Included

The Mojave isn't just a greenhouse kit — it comes as a complete growing setup:

• Monticello greenhouse with tinted roof panels
• Solar ventilation system
• Commercial folding bench system
• Programmable watering system
• Greenhouse sink system
• Vegi-Bee mechanical pollinator

Built in the USA to Last

The frame is heavy-duty extruded aluminum with 8mm twin-wall polycarbonate walls and roof, which insulates like a double-pane window, keeping the space cooler in summer and protecting plants on cold nights. An integrated base, built-in rain gutters, automatic roof vent openers, and wide double doors (nearly 6' high) round it out.

Four Sizes — and Room to Grow

Choose 8'x12' (96 sq ft), 8'x16' (128 sq ft), 8'x20' (160 sq ft) or 8'x24' (192 sq ft). Need more space down the road? The Monticello expands in 4-foot sections, so you can add on any time.
